On 15 May 2012 is based on the third of ten gold coins included in the cycle Bridges. Its motive is baroque bridge in Náměšť the celebration with unique sculptures. Coins are minted from gold of 999.9 purity and issued in two versions, the normal quality (proof), which differ in surface finish and edge. The coin is an array of top quality coins highly polished and matt relief, the edge is smooth. Normal quality coins have milled edges. The coin is 28 mm, weight 15.55 g and is 2 mm. When minting coins are deviations in diameter of 0.1 mm and thickness of 0.15 mm. The weight is allowed to be up gav 0.062 gold content deviation up 0.01%.

The obverse side of the coin is located in a rectangular cutout composition of heraldic animals from large national emblem - in the middle is a Czech Lion, the right of the Silesian eagle and to the left is the Moravian eagle. Over the composition of heraldic animal is the name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC". Under the composition of heraldic animals baroque bridge in Náměšť the celebration and under his picture is the name of the series "BRIDGES" and the denomination and abbreviated monetary unit "5000 CZK". Czech Mint minted coin, the symbol of a composition comprising the letters "C" and "M" is at the bottom of the coin. On the reverse side is a baroque bridge in Náměšť the celebration. Above the picture of the bridge is text "BAROQUE BRIDGE Square" and the text representation of the bridge is "the celebration". Year of mintage "2013" is located under the word "celebration". Above the letter "U" in the word "celebration" are the initials of the author Fine coin draft MgA Martin Dašek which consist associated with the letters "M" and "D".
